Getting Caught Up in a Good Grimoire (GCG) is a third-person, platforming game with puzzle game mechanics, presented in a stylized, low-poly art style. Take control of Caleb, a new student at a prestigious academy for aspiring wizards, who has recently trapped himself in his Grimoire, due to his impatience. With Professor Werm’s guidance, explore a world constructed from the records of arcane history as you maneuver across floating pages, books, and fragments of the school. Throughout this tale, Caleb will learn the fundamental Spells to alter the world around him and deal with an index of enemies in order to create a path through the Chapters. Along the way, you’ll collect various Arcane Focuses that will help empower Caleb’s Spells, but if they’re still not strong enough to overcome the challenges, Shatter the item to obtain even greater magical results. Will Caleb be able to conjure himself out of this tome or will he be stuck between the lines forever?
